All products listed are genuine pet supplies unless explicitly stated otherwise. Stock is subject to availability and prices may change without notice.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item becomes unavailable after purchase, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Delivery
Delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days within Singapore. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. Ensure your delivery address is accurate — redelivery fees may apply for failed attempts.
4. Returns & Refunds
Sealed food, treats, and hygiene products may only be returned if received in a damaged or incorrect condition. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence. Opened food, treats, and hygiene products are not eligible for return, in line with standard pet-safety practice.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of products beyond the purchase price paid. Always check product suitability (species, age, size) before use, and consult a veterinarian for any dietary or health concerns.
